Scissortail Cattle Co. was established in 2018, although our start in the breed was in the fall of 2016. What started as leased FFA projects for the girls, turned into a full-blown passion and in a matter of months went from 2 leased projects to 4 owned calves. Our herd has substantially grown since then as we continue to develop our program.
About Us:
Scissortail Cattle Co. is owned by The Mann Family; Mike, Dusky, Bailey, Hailey, and Matthew (Pike). STCC is a Texas Longhorn operation nestled in a small town in Navarro County, Texas. We are located approximately an hour South of Dallas and North-East of Waco. STCC raises TLBAA and ITLA registered cattle. We are active on both show circuits and support the local youth through our show team (for more information, don't hesitate to reach out!).
